CRPF is a force of pride and valor. For the past 81 years, they are fighting for the nation each day. Fighting for the country requires hard work, dedication, fortitude, sweat, and blood, CRPF personnel has put everything on the edge for the country and left their heroic tales behind. Every tale, every story of CRPF warriors is a heritage for the countrymen and they deserve to know it.

Hence CRPF took the initiative to tell the stories of courage and bravery of CRPF Brave hearts to the nation via Digital Platform. The event held at CRPF group center Lucknow. To mark the beginning, the first shaurya story of CRPF Digital Content was narrated Shilpa Bhawana with a mesmerizing emotional proud feel. The story was about Subedaar Major Yam Bahadur Thapa, Shaurya Chakra who despite being badly injured by the bullets, stopped terrorists to enter the parliament building.

CRPF has around 3 lakh soldiers all coming from different backgrounds, regions, and cultures everyone has a different perspective, different story. Every story is significant, every story is worth telling. Knowing these stories would be a unique experience for the people. 

“CRPF is the most decorated police force in the country with 2,112 gallantry medals bestowed upon it by a thankful nation. In the selfless service of the nation as of now the force has also sacrificed 2,224 Bravehearts who cared for the lives of their fellow countrymen more than their own.” Director General, CRPF Dr. A P Maheshwari said. He mentioned that CRPF stories would be available on the internet in audio, video and in text forms. The event also witnessed the gracious presence of ADG Zulfiqar Hasan, IG Ayushman Yadav, IG Subhash Chandra, DIG Shashi Prakash Singh, Neelesh Misra and Yamini Tripathi.

In this digital era, every story on the CRPF Digital Platform will bring the lessons of empathy, sacrifice, humanity, and bravery along with the stories of their ever-supporting families. This will not only provide the content of motivation for the people but this idea of telling stories of CRPF warrior will bring joy, patriotism & positivity in people’s minds and the audience will get to know about the force & their sacrifices. After all, everyone is living happily and peacefully because someone is there to take bullets for the security & prosperity of the countrymen.
